BALLET, POINTE, LYRICAL
Students will learn classic ballet movement while improving strength, grace and poise. Teaching strategies include barre, center and floor work.
Students are introduced to rhythmic dance using the sounds of their shoes, creating movements of precision. It will improve a dancer's coordination and sense of rhythm. The class will include warm-up, technique and floor combinations.
Energetic and fun, consisting of unique moves and fancy footwork. It teaches originality and improvisation. Every class will include warm-up, technique, floorwork and dance combinations.

Street dance style that often involves freestyle forms of dance. Hip hop can also be incorporated into jazz known as jazz funk.
Tuesdays 6:00 - 7:00 p.m.
The performance of exercises requiring flexibility, strength, coordination, agility, grace and balance.
Wednesdays 6:15 - 7:15 p.m.
Students will learn to coordinate body movement with basic twirling techniques
FIT AND FLARE - ADULT CLASS
Wednesdays: 7:15-8:15 p.m.
A fun class for Adults to feel CONFIDENT and SEXY, while building strength and learning dance technique.
